Targeting Computer is a military equipment. The computer is loaded with basic software for streaming video processing, analyzing objectives, managing the weaponry, and firing weapons. Used for the creation of an auto turret.

How to get the targeting computer

You can`t study the recipe for targeting computer at the research table so it can not be crafted. There is a small probability of finding it in the radtowns though.
