Anti-Radiation Pills is used to reduce the level of radiation, these pill do not regen hp. After usage, it disappears from the inventory. Pills can neither be learnt, nor crafted.

You can access the pill from the binding panel or from the inventory by clicking the pill icon, right-click and choose "Use" in the shortcut menu.
