Targeting Computer is a military equipment. The computer is loaded with a basic software pack of streaming video processing, analyzing the objectives, managing the weaponry and firing the weapons.
How to get the targeting computer
You can`t study the recipe for targeting computer at the research table, respectively, it can not be crafted. There is a small probability of finding it in the radtowns and airdrop. You have a high chance of getting the computer by shooting down the helicopter.
