Components
Components are important for crafting some types of weapons, traps, and other items. They were introduced as a substitute for the XP system.
This section contains a list of components.

Sewing Kit A Sewing kit. Used to make advanced clothing. You won't be able to craft clothes and armor without it. And yeah, beds, for sure, need it too. |

Road Signs Some road signs are made of metal. There are currently only two ways to use them. |

Rifle Body The firing mechanism of a rifle. Used for making a weapon that can fire 5.56 ammo. You can find one in containers from time to time. |

SMG Body A firing mechanism of a submachinegun. Used for making a weapon that can fire pistol ammo. Used in the creation of a custom SMG. Can be found in containers. |

Semi Automatic Body A firing mechanism of a semi automatic weapon. |

Tarp A waterproof tarp. It is a must-have item for crafting a small water catcher, frog boots, and several other things. You can also get some cloth from it after recycling. |

Tech Trash Tech Trash is one of the most desired components for most Rusters. It is extremely rare to appear in containers. Important for some weapon modifications. |

Empty Propane Tank A strong metal object used in crafting a flame thrower. Also used for purifying water (but who really cares about this?). There are lots of these on the map, don't worry. |

Sheet Metal Sheet metal scraps. You can craft heavy armor with it. Also, it gives you a lot of metal after recycling. |
